Absolutely! In the time I’ve spent here at Manitowoc, I’ve worked with many teams and different people across our business. It’s part of our culture and we work together as a team to achieve our goals.

What makes you most proud about working for Manitowoc?

One of our company values is Passion for Excellence. I am proud of the passion I have in my work and it motivates me to set higher standards for myself.

What attracted you to a career with Manitowoc?
I saw an opportunity at Manitowoc to leverage my skills in finance with a more global, growth-oriented company. I also wanted to continue to expand my knowledge of other venues of treasury and finance. The job was diverse, multilingual, multicurrency, global finance operations, and technical level of Treasury – and I was the perfect fit.


What do you like most about your job at Manitowoc?

My job is awesome! I like to be connected to the world in real time and I can do that at Manitowoc. I’m also able to work on a variety of diversity of projects that have a direct impact Manitowoc’s operations, processes and results.

Which achievements are you most proud of?
I’m most proud to be building the foundations of a more solid global treasury function.

Were your family/friends supportive of your decision to join Manitowoc?
Yes, my family and friends have always supported my dreams of studying and working abroad.

What information would you most like to share with a potential Manitowoc employee?
Manitowoc will continue to grow and adapt as the global market changes. This presents enormous opportunity for employees to develop their skills and experience

I’m given the freedom to develop innovative ideas with management’s support.

Manitowoc is successful because our leadership team is proactive, dynamic and they communicate our vision and take action to achieve results. The company keeps me engaged and enthusiastic about my work.

Where do you see yourself with the company in 5 years?
I would like to remain in corporate finance, as I accept more and more responsibility in treasury & finance.

What career development opportunities have you been able to participate in at Manitowoc?
I’ve been able to get hands-on experience in developing the core treasury functions within our company.

What additional comments would you like to share with someone considering employment with Manitowoc?
Manitowoc stands out in relation to work-life balance. I can access the tools I need to do my job from anywhere so I have the flexibility to plan work commitments around family activities.
