VPC® 시스템은 필요한 리프트에 맞게 카운터웨이트를 자동으로 배치합니다. 카운터웨이트는 상부체인 로테이팅 베드를 따라 이동하며 붐 각도의 변화에 따라 자동으로 위치가 조정됩니다.

MLC650용 VPC-MAX® 어태치먼트는 크레인의 용량을 표준 구성보다 50t(55 USt) 증가한 700t(770 USt)으로 높여줍니다. 이 어태치먼트는 웨건 또는 트레이 장착형 어태치먼트와 비슷한 용량을 제공하지만 구성품과 조립 단계가 훨씬 적어 설치 시간과 운송 비용이 절감됩니다.

고객에게는 지반 준비 감소, 지반 지지 압력 감소, 용량 저하 없이 카운터웨이트 무게를 대폭 절감하는 등의 이점이 있습니다. 고객은 기존 크레인 구성 방식에 비해 운반용 트럭을 대폭 절감할 수 있고, 카운터웨이트를 많이 구입할 필요가 없습니다. 또한 카운터웨이트 박스는 여러 크레인 플랫폼에서 공통으로 사용할 수 있도록 설계되었습니다.

    MLC300 VPC-MAX

    Manitowoc의 새로운 모델인 MLC300은 VPC®(Variable Position Counterweight®)라는 독점 기술을 활용하여 모든 평형추를 “적극적으로” 조정해 “수동” 차체의 무게가 필요하지 않도록 합니다. 이러한 설계로 인해 운성 구성이 현저히 감소되고 지반 압력 감소를 위한 무게 중심이 향상됩니다. 모델 MLC300은 추가 용량을 위해 VPC® 및 VPC-MAX® 구성으로 제공됩니다.
