    • La società di costruzioni italiana ITINERA si è rivolta a Manitowoc per sostenere la ristrutturazione del viadotto Gravagna, vicino a Genova, con i primi modelli MDLT 1109 al mondo, le più grandi gru a rotazione alta mai prodotte da Potain in Europa.
    • Il modello MDLT 1109 sostituisce il popolarissimo MD 1100 e combina un sollevamento ad alte prestazioni (11,1 t a 80 m) con un trasporto compatto e un montaggio semplificato.

Manitowoc to showcase the Shuttlelift SCD15 at The Rental Show 2018

Manitowoc Cranes will showcase the Shuttlelift SCD15 at the 2018 edition of ARA’s The Rental Show which will take place in New Orleans from February 18 – 21. The crane manufacturer will occupy booth #3021 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.

Kriger Construction finds the new Grove GRT8100 ideal for bridge work

Kriger Construction (Kriger) has been using one of Manitowoc Cranes’ latest rough-terrain models the Grove GRT8100 for more than six months in its bridge-building operations. The Scranton Pennsylvania-based company has found the new 100 USt crane to be a beneficial addition to its fleet thanks to the competitive capacity build quality and smooth operation that the GRT8100 offers.

CB Construction calls in Potain for Malaysia’s largest mall

CB Construction relies on Potain cranes for the mega projects it manages such as the construction of Malaysia’s largest shopping mall for retail group AEON. The Seremban-based construction firm purchased an MC 310 K12 tower crane to help with superstructure work on the project which will cover some 110 000 m2 and comprise five stories.

Manitowoc cranes on show at Réunion Island dealer open day

Grues Levages Investissements (GLI) Manitowoc’s dealer for Grove and Potain cranes in Réunion Island hosted a three-day open house event at its premises in Le Port. The company used the occasion to showcase some of the latest Manitowoc lifting technology displaying a Grove GMK4100L-1 all-terrain crane and Potain Hup 40-30 self-erecting crane. Around 300 guests were welcomed over the course of the three days.

Potain teams up with Moroccan dealer Promat at BTP Expo 2017

Potain joined forces with its Moroccan dealer Promat to exhibit at BTP Expo 2017 in Morocco. The Casablanca-based dealer took over Potain’s Morocco distribution in March 2016 bringing with it more than a decade of specialized experience. At the exhibition Promat was keen to promote the Potain range of MC top-slewing cranes MCT topless cranes and MCR luffing jib cranes. General manager of Promat Said Essaidi said:

When Manitowoc introduced the Grove TMS9000-2 in February of 2017 it also revealed the mantra behind the crane’s design: lighter longer stronger. It was these very same attributes that led R&D Crane Rental (R&D) to be the first company in Canada to take delivery of the new-model truck crane.

Hayden-Murphy Equipment achieves 60-year milestone in lifting industry

Hayden-Murphy Equipment a leading distributor of Manitowoc Cranes is celebrating its 60th year in the crane and lifting business. The Minneapolis-based company has witnessed significant changes in lifting technology over the years embracing each advancement. In fact the company was one of the first to offer Grove’s GHC telescoping crawler cranes to customers in Minnesota Wisconsin North Dakota and South Dakota in 2015. In addition to an extensive line of Grove machines Hayden-Murphy also offers a full roster of Manitowoc cranes.

Grove GRT8100 streamlines operations on Pennsylvania energy projects

B&K Equipment and Crane Service (B&K) is one of the latest North American companies to discover the benefits of Grove’s new lineup of rough-terrain cranes which have been designed and tested at Manitowoc’s Product Verification Center (PVC) to ensure dependability in a wide range of working environments. Wyalusing Pennsylvania-based B&K has been renting two Grove GRT8100 rough-terrain cranes for over a year. The 100 USt cranes have helped to streamline operations on several of the company’s projects including the construction of a gas-fired power plant.

Manitowoc celebrates two award wins for new models

Manitowoc’s new product development program has enjoyed its strongest year in recent times and the company’s efforts are being recognized with two cranes that were launched in 2017 earning industry awards. The prize-winning Manitowoc cranes are the Hup 40-30 self-erecting crane from Potain and the TMS9000-2 truck crane from Grove.
